By activating SocialON, you automatically accept these Terms, so you must first read them carefully. If you do not wish to accept all conditions, please do not use our service.

  • We do not store your password. We will never sell any of your information to third parties.
  • SocialON is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other third party partner in any way.
  • It is the user’s responsibility to comply with the rules and conditions of use of Instagram and Facebook and any other legislation to which they are subject. You use SocialON at your own risk.
  • We are not responsible for your actions and their consequences.
  • SocialON is an e-commerce platform that allows you to publish your products online and share your catalog on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Instagram requires a Business Account to create your shopping posts or stoppable posts (posts where you can tag products on your catalog). It is not our responsibility if Instagram does not accept your request to convert your account from private to business. However, you will have support from us in the activation process.
  • All plans are monthly with no restrictions. There are no duration restrictions, and you can change it at any time by communicating it to the following address: info@socialon.cloud
  • SocialON requires access to your Instagram and Facebook account to synchronize your products. We do not store, give away, or otherwise distribute your information to third parties.
  • Sales from social media posts depending on your content’s quality and your marketing actions on your accounts. We cannot guarantee any sales from the SocialON platform.
  • We bring real users attention to your feed, but we can’t protect you from spam, fake and inactive followers. It is impossible to stop them, but you can remove unwanted followers by yourself or with special services.
  • We cannot guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of social networks’ services.
  • When purchasing our service, you clearly agree with what you are buying and the above conditions, and you will not submit a fraudulent dispute.
  • We do not issue refunds.
  • SocialON is a monthly subscription service with automatic billing every 30 days.
  • To withdraw from our subscription, send an email at least 10 days before the next charge’s expiry to the following email address: info@socialon.cloud
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw all or part of our service or any of its contents at any time without notice and without incurring any liability.
  • We reserve the right to suspend our service to anyone who does not comply with the aforementioned conditions of use.
  • It is your full responsibility to check if the Terms have changed.
